الملخص
لقد تم استخدام مفهوم الحرب على الإرهاب بطرق غير صحيحة ولم تخضع ظاهرة للضغط المعرفي والمعضلات البحثية والإشكاليات الأمبريقية مثلما تعرضت له ظاهرة الإرهاب. من حيث اختلاف الدلالات والمفاهيم والعبارات التي توصف الظاهرة، وهذا ما فتح الباب أمام السياسيين والقادة باستخدام المصطلح بأشكال تختلف عن تصور الباحث المتخصص في إطار النماذج المعرفية السائدة، فالاستخدام غير الصحيح لمفهوم الإرهاب أدى إلى مأزق على مستوى البناء المعرفي، بحيث أصبح المفهوم السائد غير قادر على تفسير حالات اجتماعية راهنة، أو أنه غير قادر على التكيف مع تحولات سياسية وأمنية واجتماعية معينة، أو أن المفهوم لا يقدم حلولا معرفية للمشكلات المرتبطة بالظاهرة. Abstract: The concept of the war on terrorism has been used in ways that are incorrect. Any phenomenon have not been subject to pressure cognitive, research dilemmas and empirical problems as it has happened in the phenomenon of terrorism in terms of the different semantic, concepts and terms that describe the phenomenon. This is what has led politicians and leaders by using the term forms differ from the perception of a specialist in the framework of cognitive models prevailing. The incorrect use of the concept of terrorism has led to an impasse on the construction of cognitive level.
