Abstract

Abstract: Commercial proof is considered one of the most significant commercial issues that legislators prioritize due to its crucial importance in achieving and consolidating speed and credibility in commercial transactions. No system can overlook this matter, and failing to regulate it inevitably leads to instability in commercial life. Moreover, it's not solely the responsibility of the law; the judiciary, according to the powers vested in it, particularly in the commercial field, plays a role in achieving independence between what is civil and what is commercial regarding proof. This is done through utilizing all traditional means of proof.
