Analytical Study Of The Most Important Offensive Methods During Competition Conditions At The High Level Of Karate Sport Specializes In Actual Combat

Abstract

Abstract / The study aims to identify the most frequently implemented technical methods used by elite national karate athletes specializing in actual combat (kumite) under competitive conditions. Additionally, it seeks to evaluate the existing gaps among the athletes and address them to achieve a higher level of performance. Curriculum: The researcher employed the descriptive approach analytically, utilizing the data collection tool (observation network -form). Sample: The sample represents 10 matches for the 2022 national championship final with an average of 20 players. Results: Results show that most male athletes rely heavily on upper-body techniques (k-o-zuki) and (k-g-o-zuki), with more frequent use compared to lower-body techniques such as (k-u-mw-geri). This indicates an underutilization of lower-body techniques, even though this skill allows the competitor to score 03 points for each successful attempt. This is a common oversight among athletes during official competitions. Similarly, female athletes also tend to rely on upper-body techniques (k-g-o-zuki) and (g-o-zuki) more than lower-body techniques (k-mw-geri) and (mw-geri). The tactical approach of their opponents often influences the variation in skill execution among athletes, whether it is offensive or defensive. Keywords: Sport Karate, Kumite, Kumite Techniques, Kumite Technical Methods. الملخص باللغة العربية : تهدف الدراسة على التعرف على أهم الأساليب الفنية الأكثرها تنفيذا رياضيي النخبة الوطنية لرياضة الكاراتيه تخصص القتال الفعلي (كوميتيه) خلال ظروف المنافسة، بغيت تقييم النقص الموجود بين العناصر الرياضية والعمل بيها على تحقيق مستوى من الإنجاز. المنهج: إعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب تحليلي بإستخدام أداة جمع البيانات (شبكة الملاحظة – استمارة). العينة: تمثل العينة 10 مباريات لنهائي البطولة الوطنية 2022 بمعدل 20 لاعب ولاعبة. النتائج: أظهرت النتائج أن أغلب الرياضيين الذكور يعتمدون على الطرف العلوي للتقنيات (k-o-zuki) و(k-g-o-zuki) بنسبة أكبر من التكرارات مقارنتها بالطرف السفلي على أنهم يعتمدون على التقنية (k-u-mw-geri) بنسبة للجزء و أما الكل فهي نسبة قليلة الاستعمال مع العلم أن هذه المهارة تسمح للمنافس إحراز 03 نقاط لكل هدف إيجابي وهذا ما يفتقده أغلب الرياضيين خلال المنافسة الرسمية ، و أما بنسبة للإناث نجد أن الرياضيين يعتمدون على الطرف العلوي للتقنيات (k-g-o-zuki) و(g-o-zuki) مقارنتها بالطرف السفلي (k-mw-geri) و (mw-geri) يختلف الرياضيين في تنفيذ المهارات و هذا راجع لنوع الأسلوب التكتيكي المنفذ من طرف الخصم إما أسلوب هجومي أو دفاعي. الكلمات الدالة: رياضة الكاراتيه ، الكوميتيه ، الأساليب الفنية الكوميتيه ، تقنيات الكوميتيه.
