Abstract
This study aims to shed light on the importance of electronic payment at the level of banks and the extent of its impact on the performance of their services, as the distinguished services provided by banks are considered one of the most important factors for their success, and with the emergence of electronic payment methods, banks of various types began to use these methods in providing their services. Which will lead to improving the quality of its services and facilitating electronic payment operations through the information and communications network - the Internet -The Algerian experience in the field of electronic banking is recent, and it cannot be judged as failure or success, given the great demand among citizens for this type of service.
