Commercial Corporate Governance : A Legal Approach In Concept And Foundations

Abstract

Through this research we aim to define governance and highlight the importance of corporate governance in commercial and economic institutions and entities, also to highlighting its role in influencing institutions performance based on a set of principles and mechanisms. We have concluded that the application of corporate governance will enhance the performance of administrative fields and activate internal and external control by relying on the principle of disclosure and transparency, which will increase the organizations' performance efficiency and enhance their competitiveness.
