الجودة ومتطلبات تطبيقها من المنظور الاسلامي

الملخص
ملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على الجودة الشاملة من خلال ادببياتها الفكرية والتربوية، ومن المنظور أن الإسلام الدين الأتم؛ فتضمنت تشريعاته معاني الجودة كمصطلح حديث يعبر عن تمام الأداء وكماله، فهذا الدين يدعو إلى تطبيق نظام الجودة كممارسة في واقعنا، كما هدفت الدراسة أيضا إلى ابراز منظومة متطلبات يستأنس بها نظام الجودة الشاملة تعتمدها لبلوغ مقاصدها واهدافها بما يتوافق وثوابت الدين الإسلامي، وتماسك المجتمع وازدهاره. وخلص البحث في خاتمته ان الإسلام دين جودة، وانه الدين الذي سبق غيره الى معاني وقيم هذا النظام، وان في تطبيقه لتحقيق لريادة الأمّة وعلو شأنها بين الأمم، ويعزيز ثقة الفرد وعزته بدينه وأمته، فكان من أهم التوصيات ضرورة تطبيق فلسفة قيم الجودة في شتى المجالات فهي الطريق إلى صلاح البلاد والعباد. ولا بد من نشر الوعي لأهمية ثقافة الجودة وتأثيرها في الأفراد والمؤسسات خاصة الدعوية منها. وعلى القيادة الإدارية ان تفعل دورهذه الثقافة التنظيمية في تعزيز أداء يساعد على إنجاز العمل على أكمل وجه، ويحقق الفعالية ويرفع مستوى الكفاءة في الأداء. Abstract: The study aims to identify comprehensive quality through its intellectual and educational literature, and from the perspective that Islam is the most perfect religion; Its legislation included the meanings of quality as a modern term that expresses complete and complete performance. This religion calls for the application of the quality system as a practice in our reality. The study also aimed to highlight a system of requirements that the comprehensive quality system adopts to achieve its purposes and objectives in accordance with the constants of the Islamic religion, and the cohesion and prosperity of society. The research concluded in its conclusion that Islam is a religion of quality, and that it is the religion that preceded others in terms of the meanings and values of this system, and that its application is to achieve the leadership of the nation and raise its status among nations, and enhance the individual’s confidence and pride in his religion and his nation. One of the most important recommendations was the necessity of applying the philosophy of quality values in various fields. It is the path to the welfare of the country and the people. It is necessary to spread awareness of the importance of quality culture and its impact on individuals and institutions, especially advocacy ones. Administrative leadership must play the role of this organizational culture in enhancing performance that helps complete work, achieves effectiveness and raises the level of efficiency in performance.
