Artificial Intelligence Is A Philosophical Idea With A Legal Face

Abstract
After many eras that have passed and great risks that have occurred, here we are now in new transformations after transformations in a rich series of history and events. Today, we are witnessing the entry of something that we were not familiar with before in this life of ours and in several areas, including: governance, administration, transactions, and others, which is the era of algorithms and the speed of microprocessors. Which affected people and institutions, upended the scales, and became an acute danger like the danger of contemporary intellectual doctrines, passing through modernity and then post-modernism, in preparation for the post-humanitarian stage through the spread of artificial intelligence.
