For this purpose, a questionnaire was utilized as a useful data collection tool and was administered to 93 employees at Sonatrach company based at the city of Ouargla in Algeria. Moreover, The most important of which is the inability of employees to know the results of their performance evaluation process, the confusion of the evaluation criteria, and the non utilization of evaluation in job promotion, in training, and in work motivation.
