الملخص
ملخص البحث أوضاع المرأة في الجاهلية كما بيّنها القرآن تعرضت المرأة في الجاهلية لأبشع أنواع الظلم من ذلك وأد طفولتها وقتلها حية بحجج سخيفة ، أو إبقائها حية ذليلة مهينة، وحرمانها من أبسط حقوقها، حقها في اختيار شريك الحياة حقها في المهر حقها في حسن العشرة حقها في الميراث، حقها في إنهاء رابطة الزواج. وقد جاء القرآن بإنصاف المرأة والاعتداد بها وتكريمها، ولقد تناول هذا البحث قضايا مهمة منها، بيانه لصور من ظلم البنات واليتيمات والإماء، و ظلم الزوجات، والعادات السيئة للمرأة الجاهلية، كما أجاب عن سؤال مهم: ماذا قدم القرآن للمرأة؟ ، ثم خلص البحث إلى عدة نتائج منها: رحمة الإسلام وإحسانه للمرأة تكريمها وإنصافها وحمايتها وتعليمها وتهذيبها وتقدير عطائها وصون كرامتها فضلا عن الوصية بها. اهتمت السور المكية بالدعوة إلى مكارم الأخلاق والنهي عن الرذائل، وإبطال العادات والتقاليد السيئة التي سادت في المجتمع الجاهلي مثل وأد البنات، وبيان أصول الشرائع التي تدعو لإنصاف النساء والترفق بها، والوصية بالإحسان إليهن. بينما جاءت السور المدنية بالتشريعات القويمة التي ترفع الحرج عن المرأة وتبين حقوقها وتوازنها بواجباتها، وتحفزها للقيام بدورها وأداء رسالتهم في المجتمع، مع إبطال العادات التي سادت في مجتمع يثرب والتي كانت تحط من شأن المرأة أو تهضم حقها أو تسيء لها كنكاح زوجة الأب وحرمان المرأة من الميراث . كلمات مفتاحية : المرأة . الجاهلية . النساء . ظلم . حقوق . إنصاف . تكريم .
