Auteurs : Belmokhtar Zoubir . Kaid-harche Meriem .

Résumé

The phytochemical study of Retamamonospermais little discussed in Algeria. This article is a summary of the data and scientific articles published on these phytochemicals properties. In traditional herbal medicine, this species is considered toxic in high doses, but in small doses, it is used as an emetic, purgative, vermifuge, vulnerary, sedative, anthelmintic and antiseptic Alkaloids, flavonoids and terpene compounds are the main phytochemicals known in Retamamonosperma. In the last five years, several scientific studies have been published to explain the activity of the extracts of this species, particularly anti - inflammatory, anticancer and antioxidant.
