Abstract

Abstract: The scientific objectives of this research paper, which falls within the Legal Studies, which deals with the topic of the president's authority to legislate by orders in the light of the constitutional amendment 2020, constitute the extent of acquaintance with the concept of legislation by orders, and knowledge of the cases identified by the constitutional founder of the mechanism of legislation by orders to the president of the Republic, and the most important presidential orders since the last constitutional amendment 2020. keywords: Legislation by orders, the president of the Republic, cases of legislation by orders. ملخص تشكل الأهداف العلمية من هذه الورقة البحثية التي تندرج ضمن الدراسات القانونية، والتي تتناول موضوع سلطة رئيس الجمهورية في التشريع بالأوامر على ضوء التعديل الدستوري 2020، مدى التعرف على مفهوم التشريع بالأوامر، ومعرفة الحالات التي حددها المؤسس الدستوري لآلية التشريع بالأوامر لرئيس الجمهورية، وذكر أهم الأوامر الرئاسية منذ التعديل الدستوري الأخير 2020.
