واقع تطور صناعة التأمين التكافلي في ماليزيا

الملخص
تناولت هذه الدراسة أحد الموضوعات المستجدة للاقتصاد الإسلامي، و أكثرها انتشارا في العالم الإسلامي، و هو التأمين التكافلي الإسلامي بجوانبه المختلفة كونه بديل التأمين التجاري، و عرض واقع تطور هذه الصناعة في ماليزيا التي تعرف نموا تصاعديا بتشجيع الحكومة الماليزية و كذا البنك المركزي الماليزي، و توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن ماليزيا دولة رائدة في صناعة التكافل نتيجة بذلها لجهود حثيثة وذلك بزيادة التركيز على السياسة الإستراتيجية لتعزيز و نمو هذه الصناعة، وتوفير البنية التحتية و وضوح الإطار التشريعي و التنظيمي، و كذلك وضع خطط مستقبلية يتم البحث فيها عن سبل تطوير التكافل، كلها جعلت من دولة ماليزيا السباقة في مجال التكافل التمويل الإسلامي. This study dealt with one the emerging topics of Islamic economics, and the most widespread in the Islamic world, which is Islamic Takaful insurance in its various aspects as an alternative to commercial insurance, and presented the reality of the development of this industry in Malaysia, which is known for its upward growth with the encouragement of the Malaysian government as well as the central Bank of Malaysian, and this study concluded that Malaysia is a leading country in the Takaful industry as a result of its tireless efforts, by increasing the focus on strategic policy to promote and grow this industry, and the availability of infrastructure and clarity of the legislative and regulatory framework, as well as the development of future plans in which ways of developing Takaful, all of which have made Malaysia the leading country in the field of Takaful . and Islamic finance
