يهدف هذا المقال لدراسة الإطار القانوني لعضو المحكمة الدستورية بغية توضيح المسار الوظيفي له، باعتبار أن المؤسس الدستوري والقانون التنظيمي المتمثل في النظام الداخلي للمحكمة الدستورية خصا عضو المحكمة الدستورية بقواعد تضبطه بدءا بشروط اختياره مرورا لتوليه الوظيفة وتمتعه بضماناتها وتحمله لالتزاماتها، هذا ما سنحاول إبرازه مع توضيح مركزه القانوني بدقة.
