International Efforts To Combat Climate Change

Abstract
The international community is the main actor in protecting the environment from all threats, especially the phenomenon of climate change, where a set of legal mechanisms have been developed, including institutional mechanisms such as the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, and the enactment of a set of international instruments to confront this dangerous phenomenon, such as the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, and several policies have been prepared to reduce this phenomenon, including the policy of mitigation and adaptation.
