Abstract

In light of the development that has occurred in recent years to achieve effective needs in the field of administrative management, where the management of people has become a vital role and as a result of the large growth in the size of organizations, which necessitates the provision of appropriate human resources. They practice this system and carry out these specialized work, and this job performance has received attention on the part of thinkers and researchers, and the thinkers have unanimously agreed that the interest in the job performance in the organization and giving it attention to the crisis reaches the institution its highest goals, in order to achieve the goals that are planned in advance and at the lowest possible cost As such, this study came to highlight the effect of the managerial career’s characteristics and its relationship to the job performance of managers of sports facilities in Algeria.
