الملخص
This article examines the subject of civilizational change and how to take advantage of human development to achieve it, so the forms I put forward on these pages are: how to achieve human development for cultural change? To address the subject, the analytical descriptive approach was used. The importance of the topic is that it seeks to benefit from human development in order to achieve a civilized development and a general renaissance of various fields. The study aims to harness the vitality and effectiveness of human development in the realization of the project of cultural change. We have therefore concluded a series of results, the most important of which are: the integration of human development and the Islamic call for the needs of the times and the requirements of civilized development for the success of the process of change and renaissance.
