الملخص

يهدف هذا المقال إلى تقديم نظرة حول إشكالية العمل والتشغيل في الجزائر، وذلك من خلال عرض مختلف المنظورات والدراسات لمختلف المفكرين والمساهمين الجزائريين، إضافة إلى الدراسات العربية والأجنبية المتعلقة بسياسات التشغيل والعمل في الجزائر. تمثل سياسات التشغيل والعمل حلقة أساسية في حياة البشر وفي نمو وتشكيل النشاط الاقتصادي لمختلف المجتمعات وعلاقته بتحقيق التنمية المستدامة. سنحاول في هذا المقال تبيان بعض الملاحظات حول العمل وسياسات التشغيل في الجزائر. This article aims to provide a reading on the problem of labor and employment in Algeria, by presenting various perspectives and studies by numerous Algerian thinkers and contributors, in addition to Arab and foreign studies related to employment and work policies in Algeria. Employment and labor policies represent an essential link in human life and in the growth and formation of economic activity of various societies and its relationship to achieving sustainable development. In this article, we will try to extract some observations about labor and employment policies in Algeria.
