Bibliometric Review Of Organizational Conflict Management Based On Scopus Data Base (52 Years Of Research)

Abstract
This study aims to review the intellectual scope and build knowledge foundations familiar with conflict and its literature, based on 274 research papers published in the Scopus database from 1970 to 2022. The statistical program known as Vos Viewer software was used as a tool to conduct the biometric review of the data. The study showed several findings. The largest volume of publications was in 2019. given the most researchers who contributed to 274 research papers were the two authors Robert A Baron and M. Azfalure Rahim. The bibliometric analysis also revealed intellectual teams that deal with sub-topics related to the conflict, such as organizational conflict strategies and organizational performance. It also indicated the countries that produce the most publications, represented in the Anglo-Saxon countries, and identifying the top ten journals that have contributed to the publication of 274 research papers, including the International Journal of Conflict Management, which specializes in the subject of the study.
