الملخص

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور اليقظة الريادية في تحقيق التميز المؤسسي بالمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم استخدام الاستبانة لجمع المعلومات الأولية، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المسيرين والعمال في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الناشطة بولاية الجلفة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج كان من أبرزها أن مستوى اليقظة الريادية كان مرتفعا بشكل عام، وأن مستوى التميز المؤسسي جاء مرتفعا، وأن هناك أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لليقظة الريادية على تحقيق التميز المؤسسي بالمؤسسات محل الدراسة The study aimed to identify the role of Entrepreneurial Alertness in achieving organizational excellence in small and medium enterprises , To achieve this goal, the descriptive analytical approach has been used, the questionnaire has been used to collect preliminary information, and the study community is made up of all the marchers and workers in the small and medium enterprises active in the wilaya of Djalfa. The study concluded several results, most notably that the level of Entrepreneurial Alertness at small and medium enterprises is generally high, and that the level of organizational excellence at small and medium enterprises was high, and that there is a statistically significant effect at the level of significance for Entrepreneurial Alertness on organizational excellence at the small and medium enterprises
