الملخص
تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة اتجاهات العاملين بجامعة غرداية حول دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تفعيل التطوير الإداري لديهم، ولتحقيق الهدف الرئيسي للدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي (منهج دراسة حالة) ولجمع المعلومات الاولية تم تصميم استبيان وتوزيعه على عينة الدراسة البالغ عددها 80 مفردة وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: إن هناك علاقة تأثير لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على التطوير الإداري وكان لبعد الحواسيب والمورد البشري الأثر الكبير. The current study aims to know the attitudes of the employees of the University of Ghardaia about the role of information and communication technology in activating their administrative development. To achieve the main objective of the study, the descriptive approach (case study approach) was used. To collect primary information, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to the study sample of 80 individuals. The study concluded To a set of results, the most important of which are: that there is a relationship of influence of information and communication technology on administrative development, and the dimension of computers and human resource had a great impact.
