الملخص

هذه الدراسة تهدف إلى قياس تأثير الإعلان عن توزيعات الأرباح على أسعار بنك قطر الاسلامي في سوق الدوحة للأوراق المالية كحدث ينبئ بتوجهاتها المستقبلية، مما يمكن أن يؤدي إلى تغييرات في أسعار الأسهم. لتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدمت الدراسة منهجية دراسة الحدث وتطبيقها على بيانات البنك في البحث عن العلاقة بين أسعار الأسهم والأحداث المالية. تم تحديد نافذة الحدث و التي تشمل 40 يوم التي تسبق إعلان توزيعات الأرباح و40يوم التي تليها. اقتصرت عينة الدراسة على بنك قطر الاسلامي الذي قام بتوزيع ارباحه لسنة 2022 تشير النتائج إلى وجود تأثير الإعلان عن توزيعات الأرباح على معدل العائد العادي للأسهم خلال الإعلان بمستويات دلالة إحصائية مقبولة. وهذا يشير إلى أن سوق الدوحة للأوراق المالية قادر على استيعاب تلك الأحداث والمعلومات بشكل أفضل. Abstract:This study aims to measure the impact of announcing dividend distributions on the stock prices of Qatar Islamic Bank in the Doha Securities Market as an event that signals its future trends, potentially leading to changes in stock prices. To achieve this objective, the study employed an event study methodology, applying it to the bank's data to investigate the relationship between stock prices and financial events. The event window was defined, covering the 40 days preceding the announcement of dividend distributions and the 40 days following it. The study sample was limited to Qatar Islamic Bank, which distributed dividends for the year 2022. The results indicate the presence of an impact of dividend distribution announcements on the ordinary stock yield during the announcement, with statistically acceptable levels of significance. This suggests that the Doha Securities Market is capable of better assimilating such events and information
