دور بطاقة العلامات المتوازنة في تفعيل الأداء المستدام للمؤسسة الإقتصادية:دراسة حالة مؤسسة سونلغاز - غليزان-

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز دور و مساهمة بطاقة العلامات المتوازنة في تفعيل الأداء المستدام لمؤسسة سونلغاز بغليزان في إطار السعي لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة، و ذالك عبر تقديم بطاقة العلامات المتوازنة و إبراز علاقتها مع البعد الإجتماعي و البيئي، و لهذا إستعملنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و قمنا بدراسة حالة مؤسسة سونلغاز بغليزان و ذلك عبر توزيع إستبانة على الموظفين بمختلف المستويات كما أننا إعتمدنا على المقابلة للخروج بنتائج تفيد الدراسة، و توصلنا في الأخير إلى أن الأداء المالي هو أهم ما تركز عليه المؤسسة و أن هناك إمكانية تطبيق بطاقة العلامات المتوازنة في المؤسسة لأجل تحسين الأداء. The study aimed to highlight the role and contribution of the balanced scorecard in activating the sustainable performance of Sonelgaz in Relizane within the framework of the pursuit of sustainable development goals, by presenting the balanced scorecard and highlighting its relationship with the social and environmental dimension, and for this we used the analytical descriptive approach and we studied The case of the Sonelgaz institution in Relizane, by distributing a questionnaire to employees at various levels, and we relied on the interview to produce results that benefit the study, and we finally concluded that financial performance is the most important dimension that the institution focus on and that there is a possibility of applying a balanced card in order to improve performance
