الملخص
تحاول هذه الورقة البحثية فحص طبيعة كل من الحكم الراشد والفساد والتنمية المستدامة، ومحاولة الربط بين هذه المتغيرات الثلاثة، حيث كلما ارتفعت مدركات الفساد كلما تراجعت معدلات التنمية المستدامة على أساس أن اكبر مهدد للدول هو ارتفاع مؤشرات الفساد وتغلغله في مختلف مفاصل الدولة. فالحكم الراشد يعتبر آلية فعالة في مواجهة مختلف مظاهر الفساد، وللحد من تفشيه يجب اتخاذ إجراءات واسعة وعميقة كالإصلاح الشامل (سياسي، اقتصادي، إداري مؤسساتي) وتبني منظومة رشيدة قائمة على الشفافية، المحاسبة، احترام سيادة القانون واستقلال القضاء و المشاركة .....، مما ينعكس إيجابا على مخرجات التنمية المستدامة. This research paper attempts to examine the nature of good governance, corruption, and sustainable development, and attempts to link these three variables, as the higher the perceptions of corruption, the lower the rates of sustainable development, on the basis that the greatest threat to countries is the high indicators of corruption and its penetration into various aspects of the state. Good governance is considered an effective mechanism in confronting various manifestations of corruption, and to limit its spread, broad and profound measures must be taken, such as comprehensive reform (political, economic, administrative, institutional) and adopting a rational system based on transparency, accountability, respect for the rule of law, independence of the judiciary, participation, etc. , which reflects positively on the outcomes of sustainable development.
