علاقة الاتحاد العام التونسي للشغل بالنظام السياسي ( قبل الثورة )

الملخص
الملخص: كان لظهور الاتحاد العام التونسي للشغل بصمة في تاريخ الحركة الوطنية التونسية إبان الفترة الاستعمارية وكان حاملا لراية المقاومة ضد المستعمر جنبا إلى جنب مع الحزب الحر الدستوري التونسي وقدم في سبيل ذلك عديد الشهداء. ومع استقلال تونس خاض الاتحاد معركة البناء على غرار كل الفواعل التونسية حيث ساعده في ذلك اتساع تمثيليته وتنامي عدد المنخرطين في صفوفه مما أدى مع مرور الوقت إلى مزاحمة السلطة الحاكمة في صنع القرار. لقد تأرجحت علاقة الاتحاد العام التونسي للشغل مع النظام السياسي التونسي في فترة حكم الرئيس "لحبيب بورقيبة" بين محاولة الاحتواء والتدجين . أما خلال حكم الرئيس "زين العابدين بن علي" فقد تمكن من تدجين الاتحاد العام التونسي للشغل واحتواء التنظيم النقابي الأعرق في البلاد والتضييق على قياداته وجعله يحصر سياسة العمل النقابي في الجانب المطلبي الذي لا يخرج عن إطار حدود الإمكانات الوطنية المتاحة. Abstract: The emergency of the Tunisian General Labor Union had an imprint on the history of the Tunisian national movement during the colonial period, and it carried the banner of resistance against the colonialists , along with the Tunisian Free Constitutional Party , and sacrificed many martyrs for this . With the independence of Tunisia the Union fought the battle of construction like all Tunisian actors , as it was helped in this by the breadth of its representation and the high number of people involved in its ranks , witch over time led to competition with the ruling authority in decision-making. The relationship of the Tunisian General Labor Union with the political regime during the rule of President HBIB BOURGUIBA oscillated between and attempt at containment and domestication . During the rule of President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali , he was able to domesticate the Union contain the oldest Union organization in the country, restrict its leaders, and make it limit the policy of Union work to the aspect of demands that does not go beyond the limits of the available national capabilities.
