Abstract

Abstract: The research includes what are global oil prices and the factors affecting it, in addition to that public revenues, what are public revenues, factors affecting the budget, and what is the relationship between global oil prices and public revenues in Iraq, in the short and long term, as it has been proven that there is a relationship in the short and long term by using the integration program The joint, and the researcher recommends the necessity of diversifying sources of income as a result of the dependence of the Iraqi economy on one resource, which is oil, and the fact that the latter is not stable as a result of fluctuations in international oil prices. خلاصة: يتضمن البحث ما هي أسعار النفط العالمية والعوامل المؤثرة عليها، بالإضافة إلى الإيرادات العامة، ما هي الإيرادات العامة، العوامل المؤثرة على الموازنة، وما هي العلاقة بين أسعار النفط العالمية والإيرادات العامة في العراق، باختصار و على المدى الطويل، إذ ثبت أن هناك علاقة على المدى القصير والطويل باستخدام برنامج التكامل المشترك، ويوصي الباحث بضرورة تنويع مصادر الدخل نتيجة اعتماد الاقتصاد العراقي على أحدها. وهو المورد النفطي، وكون الأخير غير مستقر نتيجة تقلبات أسعار النفط العالمية.
