Dimensions Of The Organizational Climate Prevailing In Law Firms From The Point Of View Of Algerian Lawyers

Abstract
Our current study is aimed at identifying the dimensions of the regulatory climate within law firms from the point of view of Algerian lawyers. After applying the questionnaire method to a sample of 160 lawyers, the study found seven dimensions of the regulatory climate. These dimensions are as follows: independence, trust, communication, time management, responsibility, commitment and contrary values. In order for lawyers to reach their goals and to maintain the climate within the law firm, some of these dimensions must be taken into account and others respected. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أبعاد المناخ التنظيمي السائدة في مكاتب المحاماة من وجهة نظر المحامين الجزائريين، وبعد تطبيق أداة الدراسة المتمثلة في الاستبيان على عينة الدراسة المكونة في 160 محاميا خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود سبعة أبعاد للمناخ التنظيمي سائدة في مكاتب المحاماة وتتمثل في الاستقلالية، الثقة ، الاتصال، إدارة الوقت، المسؤولية،الالتزام ، تناقض القيم، بحيث يجب مراعاة بعض هذه الأبعاد والالتزام بالبعض الأخر أثناء القيام بالعمل حتى يحقق المحامون أهدافهم في عملهم ويكون المناخ التنظيمي السائد في هذه المكاتب بمستوى جيد
