الملخص

الملخص: في ظل الركود الاقتصادي الذي تتخبط فيه معظم الدول العربية وعلى رأسها الجزائر وكذا قصور المؤسسات المالية في تمويل وسد الاحتياجات التمويلية للمشاريع الصغيرة للنهوض بالاقتصاد الوطني، بات من الضروري البحث عن مصادر تمويلية جديدة تلائم طبيعة عمل المشاريع الصغيرة ، وعلى هذا جاء التمويل بالوقف كأحد هذه البدائل الهامة اذ يسهم في تمويل وتنمية تلك المشاريع ،مما يسهم ايجابيا على تلك المشاريع بإتاحة فرص العمل واستغلال الثروات المحلية ، وزيادة انتاج الدخل الوطني ،مما يؤدي الى تحقيق رفاهية اقتصادية فأردت توضيح مدى مساهمة واهمية تدعيم التمويل الوقفي في انجاح وتطوير المشاريع الصغيرة على وجع الخصوص، إذ يعتبر الوقف مصدرا تمويليا يحقق منفعة تمويلية لصاحب المشروع الصغير ، ومنفعة استثمارية تكفل تنمية الممتلكات الوقفية . Abstract: In light of the economic recession in which most Arab countries, led by Algeria, are floundering, as well as the failure of financial institutions to finance and meet the financing needs of small projects to advance the national economy, it has become necessary to search for new sources of financing that suit the nature of the work of small projects, and on the financing of the endowment came as one of these important alternatives as it contributes to the financing and development of those projects, which contributes positively to those projects by providing job opportunities and exploiting local wealth, and increase the production of national income, which leads to economic well-being, I wanted to clarify the extent of the contribution and importance of strengthening endowment financing in the success and development of small projects in particular, as the endowment is a source of financing that achieves a financing benefit for the owner of the small project, and an investment benefit that ensures the development of endowment properties.
