الملخص
تناقش هذه الدراسة- الموسومة ب "المصادر المتخصصة للسلوك البرلماني" - المرجعيات الابستيمية للسلوك البرلماني، وفاقا للأنظمة الداخلية للبرلمان، إذ تُعدُّ مصادرا داخلية لتنظيم السلوك، ووظفت الدراسة المنهج البنيوي، إذ إن البرلمان بنية تحكمها أنظمة داخلية، ولقد قُسمت الدراسة على فرعين هما: الأول منهما يلقي ضوءا على الأنظمة الداخلية البرلمانية لمجلس النواب والأعيان الأردني، والثاني منهما يوضح مستجدات العولمة ومكافحة الفساد في مدونة السلوك النيابية ومشروع مدونة مجلس الاعيان، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج منها؛ أن المصادر المتخصصة للسلوك البرلماني يعتريها القصور والتكرار. Abstract: This study - tagged "Specialized Sources of Parliamentary Conduct" - discusses the abusive references to parliamentary conduct, in accordance with the internal rules of Parliament, as internal sources of conduct regulation. The study used the structural approach, as Parliament is a structure governed by internal regulations. The study is divided into two sections: The first of them sheds light on the parliamentary rules of procedure of the House of Representatives and the Jordanian Sante. The second of them illustrates the developments in globalization and the fight against corruption in the parliamentary code of conduct and the draft code of the Sante of Jordan. The study has reached a number of conclusions, including: Specialized sources of parliamentary conduct are inadequate and repetitive.
