تبحث المقالة إثبات العلاقة بين استجابة الحكومة والثقة فيها، بافتراض أن الثقة السياسية هي وظيفة لتقييم استجابة الحكومة، حيث أن تقييم الأداء الحكومي يعتمد على مستوى الثقة السياسية. وتحاول قياس استجابة الحكومة بالاعتماد على مؤشرات الثقة السياسية، باستخدام البيانات من البارومتر العربي Arab Barometer، ومؤشر إدلمان للثقة Edelman Trust Index أين يمكن توفير أدلة إحصائية عن هذه العلاقة. وبناءً على تحليل هذه المؤشرات، تستكشف هذه الورقة الأسئلة المتعلقة بالاستجابة الحكومية مقاسة بالثقة السياسية بافتراض أن العلاقة بينهما هي جزء من ديناميكية تعزز بعضها البعض. إنها تفكك فهمنا لماهية الثقة من خلال تسليط الضوء على أنواع مختلفة من قياس الثقة. Abstract: The article examines proving the relationship between government response and trust in it, assuming that political trust is a function of evaluating government response. It attempts to measure the government's response by relying on indicators of political confidence, using data from the Arab Barometer, and the Edelman Trust index, where statistical evidence can be provided about this relationship. Building on the analysis of these indicators, this paper explores questions of government response as measured by political confidence by assuming that the relationship between them is part of a mutually reinforcing dynamic. It unpacks our understanding of what trust is through different types of trust measurement.
