الملخص
ملخص: من التوجهات الحديثة التي اعتنقتها التشريعات الأسرية العربية قيام العلاقة الزوجية على أساس المساواة بين الزوجين والتعاون بينهما خاصة بعد تبني هذه التشريعات في تعديلاتها الأخيرة للمبادئ التي جاءت بها المؤتمرات والاتفاقيات الدولية وفي مقدمتها اتفاقية القضاء على أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة ، دون أن ننسى التغيرات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية التي طرأت على المجتمع والأسرة العربية. ومن بين الجوانب التي لمسناها في هذا التغيير مسألة إشراك الزوجة في الانفاق العائلي وتحميلها جزءا من التبعات المالية العائلية، لذلك فنحن بحاجة لبيان الرأي الفقهي والموقف القانوني لهذه المسألة خاصة أذا تعلق الأمر بالزوجة العاملة وكذلك النفقة على الأبناء. الكلمات المفتاحية: النفقة الزوجية، نفقة الزوجة العاملة ، النفقة على الأبناء. Abstract: Among the modern trends embraced by Arab family legislation is to establish the marital relationship on the basis of equality between spouses and cooperation between them, especially after the adoption of this legislation in its recent amendments to the principles brought forth by international conferences and agreements, foremost of which is the Convention on the Elimination of Forms of Discrimination against Women, without forgetting the social and economic changes that It occurred in the Arab society and family. Among the aspects that we have seen in this change is the issue of involving the wife in family spending and bearing her part of the family financial consequences, so we need to clarify the jurisprudential opinion and the legal position on this issue, especially if it comes to the working wife as well as the alimony for the children..
