Digital Transformation In The Service Sector And The Quality Of The Decision-making Process

Abstract
This study aims to highlight the important role of electronic management in facilitating administrative work and the extent of its impact in improving the quality of the decisions taken. Besides, it identifies the most important requirements for electronic management applications, ensuring its success. The study also shows the most prominent obstacles that prevent its application. The significance of the study stems from the importance of electronic management in this era as a result of the development of technology and techniques that help in this field, in addition to the fact that the decision-making process is the pillar of the administrative work in the institution. Any work or activity is only accomplished through a decision, regardless of its importance. This study found that electronic management positively impacts the decision-making process, as it greatly contributes to improving the quality of the decisions taken through credible and transparent information while saving time and effort, in addition to speeding up transactions and the accuracy of the tasks performed.
