Abstract This study aims to explore the specificity of Informal communication in the age of widespread use of artificial intelligence technologies, and the freedom of expression and exchange of various feelings, contents, and opinions that it enables. All of this makes Informal communication deviate from its primary tasks and become a space for promoting and disseminating hate speech among individuals or groups within the same institution. Even if it does not lead to violent outcomes, it will sow seeds of prejudice, division, hatred, and various negative sentiments.
