Factorial Construction A Battery Of Skills Test For Soccer Player Under 15 Years Old

Abstract

the study aims to identify technical characteristics by constructing a battery of standardized technical tests and using them during the selection and evaluation process of U15 footballers, we used the descriptive method on a sample composed of (50) football players from the state of El Tarf, who were chosen intentionally and to collect data, we used technical skill tests. After collecting the results and processing them statistically by factorial analysis, it was concluded to build a battery of technical tests intended for coaches in order to use them in the process of selecting football players and evaluating their level during the sports season. On this basis, the study recommended the use of standardized scientific tests during the process of selecting and evaluating soccer players and moving away from the traditional and random methods applied by many coaches in Algerian soccer clubs. الملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على الخصائص التقنية من خلال بناء مجموعة من الاختبارات المهارية الموحدة واستخدامها أثناء عملية اختيار وتقييم للاعبي كرة القدم تحت 15 سنة ، استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي على عينة مكونة من (50) لاعب كرة قدم من ولاية الطرف ، الذين تم اختيارهم عن قصد وقد استخدمنا الاختبارات المهارية . بعد جمع النتائج ومعالجتها إحصائياً عن طريق التحليل العاملي ، تم التوصل إلى بناء مجموعة من الاختبارات المهارية الموجهة للمدربين من أجل استخدامها في عملية اختيار لاعبي كرة القدم وتقييم مستواهم خلال الموسم الرياضي. وعلى هذا الأساس أوصت الدراسة باستخدام الاختبارات العلمية الموحدة أثناء عملية اختيار وتقييم لاعبي كرة القدم والابتعاد عن الأساليب التقليدية والعشوائية التي يطبقها العديد من المدربين في أندية كرة القدم الجزائرية. Resumé:L'étude vise à identifier les caractéristiques techniques en construisant un ensemble de tests de compétences standardisés et en les utilisant lors du processus de sélection et d'évaluation des joueurs de football de moins de 15. Nous avons utilisé l'approche descriptive sur un échantillon de (50) joueurs de football de l'état du parti, qui ont été choisis exprès. Nous avons utilisé des tests de compétence. Après avoir collecté les résultats et les avoir traités statistiquement au moyen d'une analyse factorielle, il a été conclu de construire un ensemble de tests de compétences destinés aux entraîneurs afin de les utiliser dans le processus de sélection des joueurs de football et d'évaluation de leur niveau pendant la saison sportive. Sur cette base, l'étude a recommandé l'utilisation de tests scientifiques standardisés lors du processus de sélection et d'évaluation des joueurs de football et de s'éloigner des méthodes traditionnelles et aléatoires appliquées par de nombreux entraîneurs dans les clubs de football algériens.
