The psychological basis of aggressive and criminal behaviors remains a highly debated scientific topic among various psychological schools. Some of these schools, such as the analytical school, believe that human psychological nature can drive individuals towards aggressive behavior. Others argue that criminal behavior is learned throughout one's life, while there are those who believe that some individuals are born criminals by nature, and crime remains a prevalent and pervasive phenomenon that penetrates all aspects of society (political, social, cultural, economic, etc.). It is hard to find a State that does not contain it, whether it is a developed State or not. It can be either visible or hidden; it is manifested through violence, which can be physical or virtual, serving as a means which uses several tools to achieve its purposes and objectives or without any specific purpose, and can occur at different levels (State, collective, individual).
