الملخص
تعتبر الموازنة والتوفيق بين احترام حرية الإعلام أو التعبير من جهة واحترام الخصوصية من جهة أخرى من بين الأمور الصعبة خاصة إذا تم انتهاك الحق في الحياة الخاصة عند ممارسة حرية التعبير والإعلام، حينها من الضروري معرفة قواعد قيام المسؤولية عن ذلك الانتهاك ومنها المسؤولية المدنية وعلى أي أساس يمكن مسائلة المعتدي مدنيا عن ممارسة أحد الحريات التي يتمتع بها وهي حرية التعبير. للتوصل إلى ممارسة الحقين معا دون التعدي عن الحق في الحياة الخاصة.The balance and reconciliation between respect for freedom of the media or expression on the one hand and respect for privacy on the other hand are among the difficult questions, especially if the right to privacy is violated when of the exercise of freedom of expression and the media, then it is necessary to know the rules for establishing responsibility for this violation, including civil liability and on what basis. The aggressor can be held civilly responsible for having exercised one of the freedoms he enjoys, namely freedom of expression. To come up with exercising both rights together without infringement the right for privacy.
