الملخص

استهدفت الدراسة الكشف عن مدى تفاعل الضغوط المهنية مع كل من الآثار النفسيــة والجسمية الناجمة عنها، وتحديد أكثر مصادر هذه الضغوط انتشارا لدى المدراء ورؤساء المصالح بالمؤسسات العمومية للصحة بولاية الأغواط، كما هدفت أيضا إلى معرفة مستويات كل من الضغوط المهنية والآثار النفسية والجسمية الناجمة عنها. لهذا الغرض سعت هذه الدراسة المستند إلى المنهج الوصفي لبناء مجموعة من الأدوات تمثلت في مقياس الضغوط المهنية و مقياس الآثار النفسية ومقياس الآثار الجسمية، تم تطبيقها على جميع أفراد مجتمع الدراسة والبالغ عددهم 100 موظف و موظفة ولاختبار فرضيات الدراسة تم جمع البيانات وتحليلها إحصائيا بالاعتماد على نظام رزمة الإحصاء للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS).وقد أسفرت الدراسة عن النتائج التالية: - هناك تفاعل بين الضغوط المهنية وكل من الآثار النفسية والجسمية لدى مجتمع الدراسة. - وجود مستوى مرتفع من الضغوط المهنية لدى مجتمع الدراسة. - وجود مستوى متوسط لكل من الآثار النفسية والجسمية لدى مجتمع الدراسة. - احتل عبء الوظيفة المرتبة الأولى من مصادر الضغوط المهنية لدى مجتمع الدراسة. The study aimed at revealing how professional pressures interact with each of the psychological and physical effects resulting from them. The most widespread sources of such pressure are also identified among the responsible employees of public health institutions working for the health in the state of Laghouat , It also aimed to know the levels of occupational pressures and the psychological and physical effects resulting from them. The study sample consisted of 100 employees. The descriptive approach was based on its analytical and comparative patterns and the standards of occupational pressures, psychological effects and physical effects were used by the researcher and the use of statistical treatment through the SPSS program The results of the study were as follows: -There is interaction between professional pressures and both psychol ogical and physical effects in the study sample. - There is a high level of professional pressure for the study sample. - There is an average level for both psychological and physical effects of the study sample. - The burden of the job ranked first of the sources of professional pressure in the study sample.
