هل يدلّ لفظ (يُوصِيكُمُ) على الإيجاب؟ Does The Term "yousikum" Indicate Approval?

الملخص
من أنعم النّظر في مباحث الكتاب والسنّة في علم الأصول استبان له أنّ أربابها كان لهم قصب السّبق في البحث عن صلة اللّفظ بالمعنى من مختلف الحيثيّات، وقد تجلّى ذلك فيما وضعوه من قواعد تفسيريّة نفيسة عوّل عليها المفسّرون وشُرّاح الحديث في فهم النّصوص واستنباط ما اشتملت عليه من معان وأحكام. وفي هذا السّياق؛ تتنزّل هذه المقالة التّي تُسهم بقسط وافر في الكشف عن دلالة لفظ (يُوصِيكُمُ) في قوله تعالى: ﴿يُوصِيكُمُ اُ۬للَّهُ فِےٓ أَوْلَٰدِكُمْۖ ﴾ [النساء: 11]، من خلال النّظر في الوضع اللّغوي للفظ الوصيّة، وموارد استعماله في القرآن الكريم، لنصل بالقارئ إلى الإجابة عن الإشكالية الرّئيسة محلّ البحث: هل يدلّ لفظ يُوصِيكُمُ الوراد في صدر آيات المواريث على الأمر والإيجاب؟ Abstract: Whoever looks at the Fields of the Qur’an and the Sunnah in the science of the principles of jurisprudence (Ousoul Al Fikh), it is clear to him that the scholars of the principles of jurisprudence had a precedent in searching for the link of the word in the sense, which inherited a wealth in the rules of interpretation of texts, whose fruit was manifested in the interpretation of the Qur’an and the explanation of the hadith. In this context, this article, which contributes a large number to revealing the significance of the word “commands you” in the Almighty saying: “Allah commands you as regard your children’s”. Throw the examination of the linguistic state of the word “commands” and the contexts of its use in the Qur’an to achieve the answer about the main problem of this research: Does the word “recommends” indicate to obligation?
