This research aims to explore and analyze the right to equal educational opportunities as a fundamental right, focusing on its realization and the guarantees it receives under international laws and treaties. The study will investigate the impact of international commitments concerning the right to education on national legislation and examine strategies for achieving equal educational opportunities for all segments of society. Additionally, it will emphasize the significance of the right to education and advocate for the necessity of providing equal opportunities for everyone. The research intends to send strong signals to policymakers, urging them to enhance educational policies in the international context. يهدف هذا البحث إلى استكشاف وتحليل الحق في تكافؤ فرص التعليم كحق أساسي، مع التركيز على كيفية تحقيق هذا الحق وضماناته في ظل القوانين والمعاهدات الدولية. ويتساءل البحث حول تأثير الالتزامات الدولية في مجال حق التعليم على التشريعات الوطنية وكيفية تحقيق تكافؤ الفرص التعليمية لجميع فئات المجتمع. أيضا تسليط الضوء على أهمية حق التعليم وضرورة توفير فرص متساوية للجميع. وتوفير إشارات قوية لصناع السياسات لتحسين السياسات التعليمية في السياق الدولي.
