الوصم الاجتماعي والجريمة – تحليل سوسيولوجي -

الملخص
الوصم الاجتماعي هو الصفة التي يوسم بها الفرد بغض النظر عن الفعل المرتكب من قبله وتعد من الظواهر التي يجب ان نضع حد لها لأنها تشكل خطورة على البنية الاجتماعية . هذا المقال هو محاولة لتوضيح الدور الذي يمثله الوصم الاجتماعي كعامل وسبب في خلق المجرم وولادة الجريمة داخل المجتمع، فالوصم عقوبة اجتماعية قاسية يسلطها المجتمع على الفرد تتمثل في فعل الاستبعاد والرفض الاجتماعي ما يقابل ذلك من رد فعل الموصوم المتمثل في الفعل الإجرامي فهي علاقة دينامية واجتماعية وبذلك نقول أن الوصم الاجتماعي سبب من بين الاسباب التي لها علاقة بحدوث الجريمة وزيادة نسبتها داخل المجتمعات بدل من منع حدوثها . Social stigma is the character that the individual is marked regardless of the act committed by him and is one of the phenomena we must put an end to because it is a danger to social structure. This debate addresses the role of social stigma as a factor and cause for creating the criminal and crime within society, stigma is a cruel social punishment that society has inflicted on the individual is the act of exclusion and social rejection, for that we say the stigma is a factor in creating the offender and generating crime and increasing its proportion within societies rather than preventing it. La stigmatisation sociale est le caractère que l’individu est marqué indépendamment de l’acte qu’il a commis et est l’un des phénomènes auxquels nous devons mettre fin parce que c’est un danger pour la structure sociale. Ce débat aborde le rôle de la stigmatisation sociale en tant que facteur et cause de la création du criminel et du crime au sein de la société, la stigmatisation est une punition sociale cruelle que la société a infligée à l’individu est l’acte d’exclusion et de rejet social, pour cela nous disons que la stigmatisation est un facteur de création du délinquant et de génération de crime et d’augmentation de sa proportion au sein des sociétés plutôt que de le prévenir.
