الملخص
نسعى من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى الحديث عن الوسائل التي يلتجأ إليها بغية توليد أو صياغة مصطلح جديد يعبر عن مفهوم معين، وهو ما يعرف بالتوليد المصطلحي، وتتم هذه العملية بوساطة آليات تقتضيها المصطلحات، حيث تخضع هذه الأخيرة في كل لغة إلى قوانين صوتية، وصرفية، ونحوية، ودلالية تتحكم في إنشائها. ذلك أن التوليد المصطلحي لا يعدُ أن يكون توليدا لدال لغوي جديد، وإما توليدا لمدلول أو دلالة جديدة. Through this research, we seek to talk about the means that are resorted to in order to create or coin a new term that expresses a specific concept, which is known as terminological neologism. This process is achieved by mechanisms required by terms, as the latter are subject in every language to phonetic, morphological, grammatical, and semantic rules that control their creation because the terminological neologism is not considered to be the creation of a new linguistic signifier, but the creation of a new signified or a new signified.
