التوجه المقاولاتي لدى طلبة علم النفس المدرسي بجامعة برج بوعريريج

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى توجه الطلبة نحو المقاولاتية لعينة من طلبة علم النفس المدرسي بقسم علم النفس بكلية العلوم الإجتماعية والإنسانية جامعة محمد البشير الإبراهيمي ببرج بوعريريج، وعددهم (128) طالب وطالبة اختيروا بطريقة عشوائية، ولتحقق أهداف الدراسة تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي وتصميم إستبيان يحتوي على (32) عبارة مقسمة على أربع أبعاد، خلصت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى توجه طلبة علم النفس المدرسي نحو المقاولاتية متوسط، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في مستوى التوجه المقاولاتي لدى الطلبة تعزى لمتغير الجنس (ذكور، إناث). This study aimed to identify the level of students' orientation towards entrepreneurship for a sample of school psychology students in the Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, University of Mohamed Bachir Brahimi in Bordj Bou Arreridj, and their number is (128) male and female students selected randomly, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was followed and a questionnaire was designed to contain (32) phrases divided into four dimensions, the study concluded that the level of orientation of school psychology students towards entrepreneurship is average, and there are no statistically significant differences in the level of The entrepreneurial orientation of students is due to the gender variable (males, females).
