الرأسمال اللامادي للجنوب الغربي، وسؤال التنمية

الملخص
هدف الورقة تأصيل مفهوم ومظاهر الرأسمال اللامادي الذي تزخر به منطقة الجنوب الغربي بخصوصياتها المختلفة، وذلك في ظل تزايد الاهتمام العالمي بهذا الجانب كون الثروة اللامادية لأي مجتمع تشكل أحد المقومات الأساسية للرصيد التاريخي والتماسك الاجتماعي. وحتى تحقق الدراسة مبتغاها اتبعنا منهجا يبرز الدور الأساس للإنسان في إنتاج الثروة و التفاعل معها. دون إغفال التطرق لدور التراث في حفظ الذاكرة الجماعية وتنمية الشعور الجمعي المشترك من خلال استحضار و تثمين مختلف الممارسات والمعارف القيمية، وأشكال التعبير وطرائق التواصل والعادات والطقوس، وغيرها من مكونات الرأسمال الثقافي اللامادي. ولأن هذا الأخير هو عملية تركيبية تراكمية عابرة للزمن والجغرافيا، فإن الاهتمام به بات من الضرورة بمكان، خاصة في ظل سيطرة العولمة المتوحشة التي نازعت الخصوصية والمحلية مكانتها وقيمها وهددت الهويات بالذوبان لصالح نمط عيش وثقافة بعينها، وهو ما كشفت عنه نتائج البحث، الأمر الذي يستدعي تظافر جهود مختلف المتدخلين في العملية التنموية لترسيخ القيم اللامادية و وتحيينها و غرسها في نفوس الناشئة .Abstract : The objective of the article is to consolidate the concept and manifestations of intangible capital, which abounds in the southwestern region its various characteristics, in the light of the growing global interest in this aspect, since the intangible wealth of any society constitutes one of the fundamental elements of historical balance and social cohesion. For the study to achieve its objective, we have followed an approach that highlights the fundamental role of man in the production of wealth and in interaction with it. Without neglecting to address the role of heritage in the preservation of collective memory and the development of common collective feeling by evoking and promoting various practices, valuing knowledge, forms of expression, modes of communication, rituals and other components of intangible cultural capital. And because the latter is a cumulative process that transcends time and geography, paying attention to it has become a necessity, especially in light of the dominance of a savage globalization that challenged privacy and localism for its status and its values and threatened identities with dissolution in favor of a particular way of life and culture, which was revealed by the results of the research, which calls for the concerted efforts of the various actors in the development process to consolidate the values intangibles, bring them to life and inculcate them in the hearts of young people.
