مفهوم الوساطة الوثائقية من منظور المنظمات الدولية

الملخص
International organizations are among the institutions aware of the need to invest in the field of information because of its importance and its interest in relation to its activity. Today, the institution that owns the information imposes its presence on the world stage and controls its field of work, and this is what has driven these organizations to seek solutions to ensure access and access to information and its management in a way that allows it to 'achieve its objectives and ensure its access to all by adopting many concepts and terminologies which come under the freedom of access and obtaining of information and documents; the concept of documentary mediation is based on the principle of freedom to insure access to information and the need to deliver it to the user through the intervention of a third party who plays his role as mediator in the documentary mediation process; تعتبر المنظمات الدولية من بين المؤسسات التي تفطنت لضرورة الاستثمار في مجال المعلومات لما لها من أهمية وفائدة بالنسبة لنشاطها، فاليوم المؤسسة التي تمتلك المعلومة تفرض وجودها في الساحة العالمية وتحكم سيطرتها على مجال عملها، وهذا ما جعل هذه المنظمات تبحث عن الحلول لضمان الوصول والحصول على المعلومات وتسييرها بما يسمح لها بتحقيق أهدافها وضمان وصولها للجميع بتبني العديد من المفاهيم والمصطلحات التي تندرج ضمن حرية الوصول والحصول على المعلومات والوثائق؛مفهوم الوساطة الوثائقية يقوم على مبدأ حرية الوصول إلى المعلومات وضرورة إيصالها إلى المستخدم عن طريق تدخل طرف ثالث يلعب دوره كوسيط في عملية الوساطة الوثائقية؛
