الملخص

الملخص: بالعربية لقد حاولت من خلال هذه الدراسة الموسومة بـ" الفراق بين الزوجين بالطلاق والخلع : ـ دراسة مقاصدية نفسية.. إبراز محاسن التشريع الإسلامي ومقاصده العظيمة المبنية على المصالح ودرء المفاسد من خلال سنه للطلاق أو الخلع كسبيل للفراق بين الزوجين سواء بالطلاق أو بالخلع ، وبينت أن في ذلك أسرارا وحكما ومقاصد هي من معالم الشريعة وميزاتها العظيمة التي لابد أن تظهر للناس، وبينت أن لذلك تأثيرا في الجانب النفسي على المرأة والرجل على السواء، وكذلك على انتظام الحياة الاجتماعية، كما أشرت إلى بعض الآثار النفسية لمابعد الطلاق والخلع التي تصيب الزوجين الإيجابية منها والسلبية، ولقد دعمت بحثي هذا بدراسات تطبيقية قام بها متخصصون في الجانب النفسي، وطرحت بعض البرامج والإرشادات التي قد تساعد في التخلص من بعض الظواهر النفسية السلبية التي قد يتعرض لها الزوجين في فترة مابعد الطلاق والخلع. Abstract: I have tried through this study titled "Separation between Spouses through Divorce and Khula': A Study of Psychological Intentions... To Highlight the Goodness of Islamic Legislation and Its Great Purposes Based on Interests and Warding Off Evil by Enacting Divorce or Khul' as a Way to Separate the Spouses, Whether by Divorce or Khul', and I Showed that in This is secrets, wisdom, and purposes that are among the features of the Sharia and its great features that must appear to people, and I showed that this has an impact on the psychological side on women and men alike, as well as on the regularity of social life, as I indicated some psychological effects after divorce and divorce that affect the spouses, both positive and negative , I supported my research with applied studies carried out by specialists in the psychological aspect, and I put forward some programs and instructions that may help in getting rid of some negative psychological phenomena that spouses may be exposed to in the post-divorce period.
