الحق في الوصول إلى المعلومة في القانون الدولي

الملخص
يعتبر الحق في الحصول على المعلومة من الحقوق التي تعني الكثير من المواطنين في دول العالم، حيث أن طلبها يكون من خلال الجهات الرسمية وتبليغها إلى المواطنين من اجل المعرفة و العلم بها و محاولة كيفية التعامل مع المعلومة. وتوصلنا إلى أن الحق في الحصول على المعلومة حق كل مواطن في أي بلد وهذا ما يكفله القانون الدولي إلا أن طلب المعلومة يختلف باختلاف نوعها وأضرارها أو آثارها على الفرد و الدولة معا، وهنا يمكن القول أن حق طلب المعلومة لا يكون متاحا لكل المعلومات إلا ما يخدم الدولة و المواطن وذلك حفاظا على الدولة وسيادتها. The right to obtain information is one of the rights that concern many citizens in the countries of the world, as the request for it is through the official authorities and informing it to the citizens in order to know and know about it and try how to deal with the information. And we concluded that the right to obtain information is the right of every citizen in any country, and this is guaranteed by international law, except that the request for information differs according to its type and its damages or effects on the individual and the state together, and here we can say that the right to request information is not available for all information except what serves The state and the citizen, in order to preserve the state and its sovereignty.
