الملخص
أدب الرحلة من الفنون الأدبية القديمة ،له أهدافه وخصائصه التي تميزه عن الفنون الأخرى، ، و رواية محمد ثابت "رحلاتي في مشارق الأرض ومغاربها، أحسن مثال اخترناها كمدونة لدراسة العتبات الثلاث: العنوان، خطاب المقدمات، البداية، وشكل العنوان الرئيسي علامة تعيينيه لم تكن خارجة عن المضمون، وصاحبته عناوين فرعية تحدد الوجهة ،وعناوين ثانوية تفصح عن البلد، أما الخطاب المقدماتي تميز بتعين المُرسَل إليه المتلقي والثناء على الملك فاروق الأول الذي بنى دور النشر لتشجيعهم على الكتابة ،بينما البداية الجزء الافتتاحي الملتحم بالمتن مهد للتفاصيل المسرودة والمحكية عن الرحلة. الكلمات المفتاحية: أدب الرحلة، العتبات، العنوان الخطاب المقدماتي، البداية.
