الملخص
أصبح التعليم الإلكتروني ضرورة حتمية لتحقيق التميز في الأداء وجودة الخدمات التعليمية لمؤسسات التعليم العالي، وذلك من خلال استخدام تقنيات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال بكفاءة تضمن الارتقاء بمستوى الجامعة والطالب، والتواصل بين مختلف الجامعات، وتسارع تبادل المعلومات في أقصر وقت ممكن. وهذا أدى إلى ظهور أساليب مرئية تساعد على المزيد من الإدراك والفهم لدى الطالب، وذلك بتوفير الإمكانيات اللازمة من حاسب آلي، شبكات، برامج، وملفات لنقل المعلومات والعمل على التحسين المستمر للخدمات الإلكترونية. E-learning has become an inevitable necessity to achieve excellence in performance and the quality of educational services for higher education institutions, through the efficient use of information and communication technology techniques that guarantee upgrading the level of the university and the student, communication between different universities, and the acceleration of information exchange in the shortest possible time. This led to the emergence of visual methods that help more awareness and understanding of the student, by providing the necessary capabilities of a computer, networks, programs, and files to transfer information and work on the continuous improvement of electronic services.
