Abstract

Crowd management operation is a vital aspect of ensuring audience and maintaining order in various places, such as religious events, pilgrimage, sports events. Effective crowd management requires a comprehensive understanding of crowd behavior, and the implementation of appropriate strategies through the use of electronic management and various technological media to facilitate crowd control. This paper provides an overview of Crowd management and Electronic administration uses, drawing on research and previous studies. The paper sheds light on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's commendable efforts to manage and guide pilgrims during the Hajj season by employing cutting-edge technologies.
