الملخص
تحتل اقتصاديات دول الـ BRICS مراتب متقدمة على الصعيد الدولي، حيث تتقاطع مصالحها المشتركة في سبيل التحول نحو اقتصاد عالمي جديد متعدد الأقطاب، بهدف كسر الهيمنة الغربية ورسم معالم نظام دولي متعدد الأقطاب تستطيع التموقع فيه بارتياح تام. وكما تعتبر إستراتيجية تنمية الصادرات الجزائرية خارج المحروقات خيارا إستراتيجيا لتنفيذ برنامج الإنعاش الاقتصادي، تنويع مصادر الدخل، مواجهة تقلبات أسعار النفط، وكذا لمواكبة التحديات المطروحة لتنمية الصادرات بكفاءة وفاعلية. حيث جاءت هذه الدراسة كمحاولة لوصف تأصيل نظري لإمكانية تنمية الصادرات الجزائرية في ظل الانضمام إلى الـ BRICS. لنتوصل في الأخير إلى دور الانضمام للمجموعات الدولية يسهم في تحسين فعالية أداء التصديري. The economies of BRICS countries hold advanced positions on the international stage, where their common interests intersect towards the transformation into a new multipolar global economy. This collective endeavor aims to break Western hegemony and establish a multipolar international order that satisfies all involved parties. Additionally, strategically diversifying Algerian exports beyond hydrocarbons is considered pivotal for implementing the economic revitalization program, addressing income source diversification, overcoming fluctuations in oil prices, and efficiently meeting the challenges posed by increasing exports. This study aims to provide a theoretical foundation for understanding the possibilities of developing Algerian exports within the framework of BRICS membership. Ultimately, the conclusion is drawn that participation in international groups significantly enhances the efficiency of export performance.
