Investment In Human Capital And Its Impact On Creativity In The Economic Institution

Abstract
This study aims to shed light on the importance of investing in human capital and its impact on creativity in the economic institution. The human resource has become the main and real resource for any organization, being the basis of its success and creativity. Regimes of knowledge have realized the important fact that workers are a valuable resource and constitute the foundation of competitiveness. The challenge facing business organizations today lies in how to liberate the human resource’s creative energies and develop its intellectual capabilities. In this study, we have found that the real capital that makes difference between institutions is human capital, since the competitiveness of institutions is premised on attracting qualified and distinguished human elements that would enable them to achieve their planned goals.
